The Pool Bar operates at Golondrinas from Easter until October half term and is an integral part of the Golondrinas community . Javier Zambrana and his team provide a quality everyday dining menu that incorporates breakfast, lunch and dinner . The focus has always been on fresh ingredients that are collected in person from local markets and whilst the menu has a stable selection there is always something new on offer most days . Javier and his team are also prepared to cook to order for any special occasion or event .
